It's Sunday, which means we're hopping along in the Cat on My Head's Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. Wait until you get a look at the kitty who stepped up to the camera this week. That sweetheart is our gentle, lap loving friend, Sweet Tart. Unlike the sugary candies by the same name, this ladycat doesn't have a bit of sourness. She's made of 100% love and goodness.
Sweet Tart is about 12 years old, but she wants everyone to know that doesn't make her "old." It just means she has had more practice at how to love on her human friends. It also means she qualifies for the PAWS Senior Pension Plan, which includes: no adoption fee, an annual wellness exam, vaccinations and blood work analysis for free for the rest of her life. Sweet Tart is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She does have some arthritis, but does very well (especially because she'd rather curl up on a lap or a nice bed than run around), and diabetes (which is in remission through diet), but Sweet Tart has so much love to give to whoever is lucky enough to adopt her.
